Q: Will this fit a 16inch infant head?
A: Yes, they fit my baby's 14 inch head when she was a newborn (preemie) and they also stretch enough to fit mine and my husband's heads comfortably! (Not that we wear them, but we were curious to see how well they stretched and then returned to normal size haha)
Q: Are they washable?
A: I washed a few on “hand wash/delicate” they did fine. I dried with NO heat though
Q: Would these fit a 2yr old?
A: Yes! I bought a set for my 2 year old granddaughter and loved them so much I bought another set for my 1 1/2year old niece. They're soft, comfortable and keep their hair out if their eyes! I'm ordering more for their Easter baskets!

A: I don’t believe so. The seller/business profile lists Zhejiangsheng, China.

Q: Does this set include a true red and a navy?
A: The set does include a navy colored bow. There is no red, only burgundy. But these are the nest bow for thier head. Doesn't leave any marks on babies head. Perfect size. Nice fall colors.
Q: Are the ends left open?
A: Yes!
Q: Are these treated with any chemicals or flame retardants?
A: I don’t know but they are really cute and comfortable.
