A: Hello, When the red light starts flashing, that is the reminder to descale your reservoir. It is the cleaning process to keep the reservoir tank clean. You can find the instructions on page 7 of the user manual. You will simply use 1/2c water and 1/2c white distilled vinegar. Pour that into the reservoir. You can find the instructions on page 7 of the user manual. You will simply use 1/2c water and 1/2c white distilled vinegar. Pour that into the reservoir. Let is soak over night, machine unplugged. The next day you will pour the mixture into your sink. If the reservoir looks clean go ahead and run a plain water steaming cycle. If the reservoir looks like it needs more cleaning please repeat the vinegar process before running the steam cycle. see less

A: Hello! All BEABA USA Babycook's have a voltage of 120 and are not meant to be used outside of North America. If used with a plug adapter, the Babycook may have an electrical short and stop working.
